Abstract: This article outlines the main aspects of client orientation of personnel management in the development of retail network services. It is proposed to clarify the concepts of customer orientation based on the aggregation of existing approaches to personnel management. The necessity of a systematic approach to human resources management. Marked three vector system development as progress, ingress regress. It proposed to use project-based approach to identify the respective quantity and quality of staff for the project. The motivational component is an essential element to ensure client-staff.
