Trade facilitation is especially important for many countries affected by the crisis. Amidst this global crisis, international cooperation on trade facilitation will remain essential for maintaining trade flow. Continued aid for trade will be particularly important to help developing countries implement trade facilitation measures required during the crisis. The article concludes that, in the context of global digital transformation, new opportunities are opening up for the customs regulatory framework, based on the introduction of large-scale data analysis technologies, immersive technologies, blockchain, use of innovative methods for obtaining and processing customs information (satellite tracking, radio frequency identification) and introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in customs control processes. | | Keywords: Customs Administration; Customs Rules; Customs Tariff; International Trade; COVID-19 | References:
