The company culture consists of an essential element in its life and even its existence. The personality of the individual consists of two sides: a side which represents the training and a side which represents the education. The organization which is formed of individuals is based also on two sides: the specialization of the individuals must meet the objectives of the company and the culture of company which gives a specific behavior.
