The Mission of public medical-sanitary institutions is directly dependent on the financing of health care, a process that differs from one country to another, including fees and taxes, social insurance contributions, private health insurance, direct payments of households and informal payments in health systems. In order to improve public spending for health care the authors propose the use of a system of indicators tested by the Institute of the mother and child.
