Abstract: This study delves into understanding how students perceive the role of rewards in motivating their career choices. It employs a comprehensive approach, examining both financial and non-financial incentives, by conducting a survey using specifically designed student questionnaires. The analysis of the collected data is carried out using an advanced multiple econometric model. This method allows for a nuanced exploration of the relationship between various types of rewards and the career motivation of students. The findings of this research are significant, as they shed light on the intricate array of motivational factors that influence young individuals' career decisions. This research offers valuable insights for both employers and educators, aiding them in better understanding and supporting the career development of young people.
